WHOLESALE DISCLOSURE AND EQUITABLE TITLE
This course will provide attendees with an understanding what Real Estate Wholesaling is and what is required to disclose when you are a Wholesale Buyer or Wholesale Seller. Attendees will also learn what can happen if a Wholesale Disclosure Violation occurs. We will discuss House Bill 2747/ARS 44-5101. Attendees will learn the differences between Equitable and Legal title and effects on Disclosure.
